![]() Atty. Edwin P. Jacoba Politics | Was born on January 7, 1944 in Guimba, Nueva Ecija. He finished his High School in Corigidor College. He finished his of Arts in Political Science at the Unversity of the Philippines in 1963. He persued his interest at U.P. College of Law graduated in 1968 and passed the Bar the year after. In 1981, he was a Fulbright Scholar at the Department of Political Science, University of Kansas Lawrence, U.S.A. He served the government in difference capacities from 1964 until his death and had carved a distinction of being an excellent and respectable administrator in the field of public Service. Among the position he held in government were: Vice President of Development and Assistant Profesion in Community Development, Mindanao State University. Marawi City, 1987-1988; Secretary, Senate of the Philippines,19-1991; Executive Director, Senate of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council (NAFC) 1998-1999 Director Agriculture Training Institute, 1999-march 2003. He was a project leader in implement in Various project development areas such as education, local government, and mass having with an outstanding experience in public/government and private sector. In recognition of his significant contirbution of public Service, he ws recognition by the Municipality of Guimba as its outstanding citezen, in 1990. Likewise, his dedication and commmitment to improve the quality of decation has besttowed upon him the Fraternity Award of Legal Education by the Sigma Rho Fraternity U.P. College of Law in 1987. And Guimba Association Award in Education in 1975. |
